Refund policy

Important! Our products are handmade/ handprinted high quality but remain delicate. We do not encourage buying several works and sending half back! Retour shipping is always at own expense (We do not offer return labels). 

Returns  (EU + UK)
Report application for refund within 15 days using rosa@illustrosa.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot except returns, unless the item is already in transit with trackable shipping link and exceeding the 30 days.

The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrives back to us damaged we will not be able to offer a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, only after notification on email to rosa@illustrosa.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Share the tracking link by mail as soon as the package is shipped.
Always ship with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
