These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern any order placed through https://illustrosa.com/ (the "Website"), operated by [Legal business name], [registered address], VAT/P.IVA [number] ("illustrosa", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

illustrosa sells original illustrations and limited-edition, hand-numbered art prints. Each print's edition size and numbering are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Colors may vary slightly from your screen to the printed piece due to differences in display calibration.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; illustrosa does not store your card details.

3. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. illustrosa reserves the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if a print sells out or an error is discovered in the listed price or availability before the order ships.

4. Shipping

illustrosa ships to Italy, the rest of Europe, and internationally. Estimated delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are provided as a guide only, not a guaranteed delivery date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order is fulfilled.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code. See our Return Policy for how to exercise this right.

6. Intellectual property

All illustrations, images, and content on this Website are the intellectual property of Rosa / illustrosa. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of that physical piece only — it does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork.

7. Liability

illustrosa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or products purchased through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve a dispute.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
